REFUND POLICY

If a class or camp is cancelled by Gem Studio, your fees will be refunded in the form of credit only. 

Gem Studio reserves the right to cancel a class or camp due to unforeseen circumstances, and make up classes will be scheduled. No other refunds will be issued.

Class refund:

If you are unable to attend class due to scheduling conflicts and need to cancel, please let us know one week in advance of the start date of class in order to receive a refund in the form of credit only. No other refunds will be issued. 

Camp Refund:

If you withdraw from camp for any reason once camp has started you will not receive any refund and will not be allowed to return. 

• If you wish to cancel before camp starts, you can receive a refund ONLY in credit form. No exceptions will be made. 

• If the camp has begun, but the studio is forced to close due to an infection or any city regulations, we will prorate the remaining days and refund that amount back to you.
